ABOUT ME
I’m a UX designer with a focus on visual design and problem-solving. My favourite part about design is being able to connect the high-level goals of a project and the nitty-gritty details together — I make sure not to miss the forest for the trees or the trees for the forest.
BACKGROUND
I graduated with a Bachelor of Design in 2020. My major in Graphic Design gave me invaluable practice in design thinking through projects in Branding, Infographics, and Wayfinding. It's also helped me develop an eye for visual design. Outside of my major, I’ve been able to practice user-centred design in a colourful variety of other fields such as Interaction Design, Architecture, and Urban Design.
Since graduating university I’ve spent 3 months and over 480 hours in General Assembly’s UX design bootcamp to really flesh out my UX / UI abilities.
RECREATION
In my spare time, you can find me gaming, playing my electric guitar, or listening to live music. Sometimes I also practice typing quickly — my personal best is 196 words per minute, but unfortunately my brain doesn't run quite as fast.
